Art Stems on Lygon offers same-day delivery for any orders placed before 1pm between Tuesday and Friday, and before 10am on Mondays and Saturdays. Art Stems on Lygon offers flower delivery to the communities of Carlton, North Melbourne, Brunswick, Parkville, Fitzroy, Melbourne CBD and greater Melbourne. We also offer hospital flower delivery. A list of hospitals we deliver to frequently can be found here.

FAQs

Do you do same day delivery?

Art Stems on Lygon offer same-day delivery for any orders placed before 1pm between Tuesday and Friday, and before 10am on Monday and Saturday. Art Stems on Lygon is closed on Sundays, and public holidays - any orders placed outside of our open hours or later than 2pm will be delivered on the next working day.

What happens if no one is home?

In the event that nobody is home to accept the delivery, we will attempt to find a safe place, away from sunlight, to leave the flowers. To avoid flowers drying out, all of our bouquets are placed in a temporary water source. If you’re unsure whether the recipient will be home to collect the flowers, we recommend adding a vase to your order to ensure the flowers will stay as fresh as possible until they’re able to be collected. If our courier is unable to find a safe and shaded location to leave the delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery when someone will be home to accept the flowers. This may incur an additional fee, so where possible, when placing an order, please ensure you include ample information for our courier regarding access to the property.

When and where do you deliver to?

Our specialised couriers deliver across the entirety of Melbourne between the hours of 10am and 8pm. Delivery fees based on distance are calculated at checkout. If your suburb isn’t available via our online order portal, please reach out via phone or email for a quote.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes, we do! We always call ahead to ensure they are able to receive flowers and that the patient won’t be discharged before they are delivered. When arranging flower deliveries to patients in hospital, we highly recommend our posy vase as it is easily transported and the perfect size for a bedside.

Can I select what flowers are used in my order?

Please note that all photos used for our listings are an indication of our style and the colour palette that would be used. The flowers included in your arrangement will be based on what is currently fresh and in stock, and the creative sensibilities of the florist who designs your arrangement. If you have specific flowers you would really love to have included with your order, you may include a note at checkout with these details, or you can reach out to the shop via phone or email.
